How do I restore my pass on a new phone?
Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account, open the app, tap Go Pro and then Restore purchase.
Is the pass a subscription?
No. The 3-Month and 6-Month Passes are one-time purchases. They are not renewed automatically and simply end after the period.
How do I get a refund?
Payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play, so refunds are requested there: Apple · Google Play.
Is this an official JLPT app?
No. All questions and audio are original practice material written in the exam format. We are not affiliated with the Japan Foundation or JEES.
