Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Real Japanese Drills (learn.jpschool.jp) handles. The site is run by LIT Inc. (株式会社LIT), Shinjuku i-Land Tower 2F, 6-5-1 Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo 163-1302, Japan.

1. Email sign-up

When you sign up for the free workbooks, we receive your email address. It is stored by our email provider, Kit (ConvertKit LLC), and used to send you the workbooks and about one email a week. Every email has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops all emails.

2. Purchases

The audio pack is sold through Kit, and payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email address and order details, but never your full card number.

3. Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed and whether the sign-up form is used. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as pages visited, approximate location (country/city), device and browser. It does not give us your name or email address. Google's use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

We do not use advertising cookies and do not sell your information.

4. Contact form

If you contact us through our contact form (Google Forms), we receive what you enter and use it only to reply.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link in each email.

6. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
