How to make it

Read each one out loud — slowly first, then at normal speed.

日本にほんに　行いきたいです。

Nihon ni ikitai desu.

I want to go to Japan.
ラーメンが　食たべたいです。

Rāmen ga tabetai desu.

I want to eat ramen.
何なにが　飲のみたいですか。

Nani ga nomitai desu ka.

What do you want to drink?
今日きょうは　どこにも　行いきたくないです。

Kyō wa doko ni mo ikitakunai desu.

I don't want to go anywhere today.

Use it for your own wishes, or to ask the person you're talking to. For someone else's wishes, Japanese uses 〜たがっています.
With たい, the object can take が or を: ラーメンが／を食べたい.

Say it in Japanese before the answer appears. Out loud. Don't skip the wait — the thinking is the practice.
